Finn Industrial Roofing installed an Ashgrid bar system through the existing roof into the steel frame, allowing work to proceed without disrupting business operations. We added 120mm fire-rated fibreglass insulation for improved energy efficiency and compliance, then fitted new 0.7mm anthracite grey leather grain sheeting for a durable, modern finish. Damaged asbestos components—including barges, gutters, and downpipes—were replaced with safe, modern alternatives. All asbestos materials were professionally removed and disposed of in line with strict safety regulations, restoring the building’s integrity with minimal disruption.
